went for a run today...which usually i hate doing...
decided i was going to run a mile.... then decided i was going to run another.
First one 7 min flat
Second in 6:40!!!
I dont think that i have ran a mile since high school. and even then i dont think i ran it in 7 min.
it felt really good. i think i like running now.
i think i'm gonna run everywhere!
hehe just kidding, that was a movie.
